Matt was very helpful with showing me several properties that you thought I would be interested in and also were within my price range.  He directed me to people who assisted me in coming up with the necessary downpayment.  He was always available if I needed to ask him a question or to tell him something, regardless of the time or date.  he returned my calls promptly and was always on time for appointments.  He never try to push me into buying something that I really couldn't afford.  I would refer Matt to friend, family, and colleagues that are looking to buy or sell real estate in Delaware.
